Ekiti State governor, Mr. Ayo Fayose has reacted top the sudden spate of abduction in his state, promising to bring back the victims alive. Fayose was speaking to staff of the Federal Teaching Hospital, Ido Ekiti and talked of the kidnappings which have been affecting the state for the past two weeks.
He told the staffs that his administration will make sure Mrs. Aladeneka, would regain her freedom and won’t stop until peace returns to Ekiti state.
Fayose said: “Mrs. Aladeneka would soon be with us. I appreciate you for being your brothers’ keeper. It could be anybody. It could be your brother. “Let me tell you that I share this sorrow with you. This is one of the burdens I carry with you. I am sure that she will come back to join us.
He denied rumours that the kidnappings were due to the political landscape of the state, and called on the people to support security officials.
