A Beverly Hills sushi restaurant turned into a catwalk this weekend -- when Kendall and Caitlyn Jenner rolled through for a quick lunch date. 

The two met up at Sugarfish ... where Kendall and her friend Hailey Baldwin showed up in workout gear after a gym session. 

But Caitlyn was WORKIN' IN -- showin' off her curves in a pencil skirt while the paparazzi snapped away.
