President Buhari's Government and handling of Corruption-Opinion

                                     
Opinions have been erupting from keen Nigerians, who's boiling for change is something else. Buhari's Government in one way or the other,is giving hope to the common man, though loopholes is still embracing the National Assembly. 
As everyone surfs the net, which is one of my hobby, I came across this post, which i felt pleased or will i say opinion driven to publish to IOB readers. It is an opinion anyway. what is your take on Natal E Cotterel view on the way Buhari's government is currently battling Corruption?...........as he writes.

The Jonathan Government But Any Anti- Corruption War Without Obasenjo, Amaechi, Tinubu, Kwankwaso, Atiku, Nyanko, Aliyu, Babaginda, Odili, Elrufa a, Okorocha, Fashiola, Kingsley Kuku, Orubebe, Buhari Himself Etc. Would Not Be Acceptable. TRUE OR FALSE???
