The Decaying City of Aba

 

Have you seen a Tris-cycle( Keke) that converts to a semi boat when the environment is flooded ?, Oh yes its all happening in the city of Aba, The Commercial Hub of Abia State. It is really disheartening and clearly sad that The inhabitants of the city have moved on to what is known as an "Adaptive gripping",

               The past Government did little to rehabilitate the decaying city of Aba, which totally looks like a war torn city. The portholes are so deep, like a ground hit by an Alien ship. The water paths are all blocked and damaged, making the Eastern city that has the best road network in the whole South, a ruined and dying one. The inhabitants do not only suffer due to the Physical pollution of the Environment, the suffer far worse a Psychological drainage,High rate of health issues and all you can think of when a war is being called off.

                A New Government has emerged, and constructions is on going in some parts of the city, but it is still met by slow and haphazard tiding. Well, let me not go too official by laying blames and stating chronologically misrule of the people. We just hope it gets better. check out some pictures below....
