Plates Plant in Awka, Mr Shehu Iliyasu, told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Nteje, near Onitsha, that the new one-stop shop in the state would eradicate number plate touting.Illiyasu, who said that the plant serve states in South-East and South-South, noted that the centralised plate obtaining procedure would eliminate middlemen who might want to take advantage of unsuspecting members of the public.
