IN continuation of its appraisal of the performances of local government caretaker chairmen, the Oyo State House of Assembly has directed the state Accountant General to appear before its parliamentary council on Monday.
A release by the Chief Press Officer of the Assembly, Lekan Kolade, said the Permanent Secretary and the Director of Local Government Inspectorate of the State Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters are also invited by the lawmakers.
All the invited officials were directed to attend the meeting with 45 copies of relevant documents as requested by the Assembly.
