Kim Kardashian learned on Sunday night's episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians that she could be forced to use a surrogate to carry her second baby because of a problem with her uterus.

Kim as she waited to undergo a procedure to remove parts of her placenta that were still stuck to her uterus from when she gave birth to daughter North West.Viewers of the E! reality show also saw Kim gushing to her family about how much she is desperate to fall pregnant with baby number two.
A scared Kim was also seen calling husband Kanye West to break the news of her fertility problems.
