Jason Statham may play a spy, but when it comes to property he does not like to keep a low profile. The 47-year-old is certainly drawing attention to himself after buying his second home in just over a month.
The star, according to Trulia, has splashed out $2.7 million on a Hollywood Hills, California, property. The fantastic example of an updated mid-century modern home is, however, just a cheap backup cottage in comparison to the $13 million place in Beverly Hills he bought in April.
That is not to say the Hollywood Hills home is something to turn your nose up at.
In fact the four bedroom, four bathroom 2,917-square-foot home would be most mere mortals dream properties and probably a few celebrities' too.
Built in 1957 but then obviously renovated with sensitivity to its original post and beam character, with a mix of wood and Terrazzo floors. The spacious single floor layout appears even larger thanks to a number of wrap around glass windows and sliding doors which invite the outside in.
The home really out does itself with its master suit which features a huge bedroom with a connected den complete with a fireplace and outdoor access.
Jason also has a home on the coveted Malibu Colony - if he needs a little beach getaway.
Second home: His newest property follows his and his girlfriend purchase of a $12.995 million five-bed, eight-bath Beverly Hills home last month.
Nice one Mr Statham..
