I think kylie jenner should go real slow, she's really not slowing down at all, anyway..that's America for you. She still has a few months until she is 18, but Kylie Jenner appears to be in a rush to grow up. The 17-year-old has set tongues wagging a number of times thanks to her mature taste in clothing.
