Man Unconscious as He bleeds out in Owerri

An Elderly man has been knocked down along Egbu Road in Owerri. He was seriously bleeding and in an Unconscious state before he was taken to the hospital. The cause of the incident according to an eyewitness, was the Federal Road Safety Commission team, which Usually stand along that road. people gathered to help, before He was rushed to the hospital by the FRSC team. his state was really terrible, i pray he survives.
