The self acclaimed "common Governor" of Abia State has directed that "His Excellency" and "Executive" be dropped from his name. In a release signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Godwin Adindu, he instructed all his contacts and members of the public not to add those words while writing or addressing him privately or publicly.
He prefers to be addressed as "Dr Okezie Ikpeazu, Governor of Abia State". O gwula!!!
He has also asked contractors to remove his pictures from contracts billboards and only use project design pictures. He directed all Abians and his supporters to pull down congratulatory billboards and posters made for him to avoid defacing the state.
